Physical Activity Sessions


We can organise specific sessions or events for Corporate clients or groups by arrangement. Sessions can be planned to suit all levels of ability and include a mixture of High Intensity Interval Training, strengh and conditionining and relaxation. 




The following organised sessions are open to anyone to attend. Please contact ahead to book your place. Just £12 per session or discount for a block booking. 


Wellness Wednesdays (Starts 5th July for 6 wks) - NOW FINISHED

6.30 am in Verulamium Park, St Albans 

An early morning session before work to get your heart rate going, boost metabolism and get those feel good hormones flowing before you start the day. 30 minutes of High Intensity training, strength and conditioning and breathing techniques for relaxation.


Lunchtime Revival Workout (12.30pm From 15th August for 6 wks)

Tues in Verulamium Park/ Wed in Clarence Park, St Albans - NOW FINISHED

A 45 minute class perfect for a break from the office or for busy mums to get some fresh air, move your body and set yourself up to conquer the rest of the day. Includes 20 minutes of High Intensity Training, strength and conditioning and relaxation.
